1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.
- Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging.
- Items marked as Final Sale or Customized Orders cannot be returned or exchanged.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, follow these steps:
- Submit a Return Request: Email us at returns@shawtty.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Approval & Instructions: Once approved, we will provide you with the return shipping details.
- Ship the Item: You will need to send the item back to us at your own cost unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- Inspection & Processing: Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the item and process your refund within 5–7 business days.
3. Refund Policy
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
- If the item is not in its original condition or is damaged due to improper use, we reserve the right to refuse the refund.
4. Exchanges
We allow exchanges for a different size or color if available. To request an exchange, follow the same return process and mention the new item details in your request.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@shawtty.com with photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund.
6. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Customized or personalized T-shirts
- Items worn, washed, or altered
- Items without original tags and packaging
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 7 business days, please:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your bank or payment provider, as processing times may vary.
