Orders & Shipping
How long does delivery take?
Orders ship within 24 hours. Metro cities usually arrive in 2–4 days and the rest of India in 4–7 days. You'll get tracking over WhatsApp and email the moment it's dispatched.
How do I track my order?
As soon as your order ships, we send a tracking link via WhatsApp and email. You can also track it anytime from your account under "My Orders".
Is shipping free?
Shipping is free on all orders over ₹999. For orders below that, a small flat shipping fee is shown at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
Right now we ship across India, with international drops rolling out soon. Join our list to be the first to know when we land in your country.
Payments
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes — COD is available pan-India on every order. You can also pay by UPI, cards, net banking and wallets at checkout.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI, debit & credit cards, net banking, popular wallets, and Cash on Delivery. All online payments run through secure, encrypted gateways.
Is there a discount for prepaid orders?
Prepaid orders sometimes unlock an extra discount, which is applied automatically at checkout when available.
Returns & Exchange
What is your return & exchange policy?
Easy 7-day returns and exchanges from the day of delivery. Items should be unworn, unwashed and have all tags intact.
How do I start a return or exchange?
Start a request from your account under "My Orders", or drop us a message at sales@shawtty.com. We'll guide you through the rest.
When will I get my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method (or as store credit for COD orders).

How do the tees fit?
Our graphic tees are designed for a relaxed, slightly oversized streetwear fit. If you prefer a true-to-size look, size down once. Full measurements are on every product page.
What fabric are the tees made from?
Heavyweight 240 GSM premium cotton — thick, structured fabric that holds its shape, with high-density prints built to survive wash after wash.
How should I care for my tee?
Machine wash cold, inside out, with like colours. Don't bleach, and skip the dryer to keep the print sharp and the fabric heavyweight. Iron on reverse only.
